But it gets even better! The Justice Department wanted to investigate it, but the NSA refused to grant the JD access because the JD doesnt have enough security clearance.
So the Justice Department decided to give up.
No oversight whatsoever.
The NSA is acting with impunity and without any requirement to reveal anything it does to anyone.
But is that even really NEWS?
